Gather a group of interested friends, family, or colleagues and schedule a workshop!
This is a great way to connect with family members or co-workers for a mini-retreat in a whole new environment with a whole new experience.
You may schedule one or a series of art workshops for groups of teens and adults of all ages, either in-person at the Museum or virtually via Zoom. Each class or session can be geared to your needs. Each class is taught by one or more of our FAM-trained art instructors who are professional artists.
Please note that there is a five-hour minimum for classes and workshops, billed at $20 per student per hour with a five-student minimum, 12-student maximum. Materials are additional. Zoom sessions are one hour each over a five-day period.
We currently have classes available in portraiture, color theory, and the formal elements. Printmaking is also available, but only in-person at the Museum.
All sessions include a tour of the current exhibitions.
Please contact Susan Yost Filgate, our Education Director for more information and to discuss a custom-designed class for your group. She can be reached at 559-441-4221 x101 or by email.
