We have been waiting and watching for the return of the Fresno Art Museum’s tradition of unique events to enjoy and to benefit the Fresno Art Museum. Our Museum has weathered the storms of the past year, and now we can celebrate a safe return at The Hukilau!
A night of the Islands, to be held at The San Joaquin Country Club, 3484 West Bluff Avenue in Fresno. Gates open at 5:30 pm for guests to casually arrive, island style. The fun begins with a poolside lanai. Mix, mingle, and groove to the tropical vibes. Discover treasures at the Tahitian Pearl Bar, enjoy the tropical music, and have fun! There will be a no-host bar, an exotic feast, Polynesian dancers, and a silent auction bazaar. Meet your fellow guests, mingle with flair, and relax!
Main Course: You’ll love our Hawaiian-Style Feast with sit-down dining served in the spacious dining room overlooking the San Joaquin River and golf course and two complimentary wines at each table. Coffee and desserts provided by Ooh de Lolli Kitchen Works and Fine Edibles follow dinner.
Return poolside and bask in the evening glow of tiki torches for our night’s entertainment by the graceful dancers of the Fresno Polynesian Society. The dancers will teach us the beauty and tradition of each island’s dance as the drums celebrate the history of the kings and queens that ruled the Pacific since ancient times. And finally, enjoy browsing and bidding on some unique and fabulous prizes at the silent auction bazaar which will include far away treasures from the corners of the globe.
An entertaining evening for ALL that you don’t want to miss!
